Proficiency Codes

This screen is used to add codes and descriptions for proficiency codes. Proficiency codes are used as a measure of competencies gained by an employee.

Prerequisites

• No prerequisites.

Rules and Guidelines

• Proficiency Codes require 40 characters or less.
• Proficiency Codes appear in the People Competencies section in the Talent module.
